GLOBAL SPECTRUM CHARITIES ORGANIZES SUPERSTORM SANDY RELIEF EFFORTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH ALAN JACKSON CONCERT AT SUN NATIONAL BANK CENTER
(TRENTON, NJ – November 7, 2012) Global Spectrum, operators of the Sun National Bank Center, is partnering with various local organizations to make a difference in the lives of those that were affected by Superstorm Sandy in conjunction with the Alan Jackson concert on November 15.
Global Spectrum Charities will accept donations through November 15 at the Sun National Bank Center box office (open Monday-Friday from 9-5 and Saturday from 12-4) that will be donated to various “Restore the Shore” locations throughout New Jersey. See below for list of suggested items to donate*.
All who donate are eligible to purchase tickets for the Alan Jackson concert at a “two for the price of one” special. Tickets will be discounted to two tickets for $78, two tickets for $58 or two tickets for $38 based on availability at time of purchase through November 15 at the Sun National Bank Center box office. The discount offer is not valid on previously purchased tickets.
Anyone who donates will be registered (no purchase necessary) for a chance to win a guitar autographed by Alan Jackson and a set list (also autographed by Jackson) that will be used at the concert in Trenton.
The community also has a chance to donate tickets to various groups, companies, and individuals as Global Spectrum is setting aside a portion of tickets for the Alan Jackson concert to donate to those affected by the storm and those that have been working tirelessly to help with relief efforts. Tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis and must be reserved through Zanetto by close of business on Tuesday, November 13.

*Suggested items to donate include: socks, underwear, sweatshirts, work jackets, wool hats, work gloves, boots, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries/personal care items, sanitary products, cleaning supplies, batteries, bleach, lanterns, over-the-counter medications, first aid supplies, canned & non-perishable foods, water/Gatorade, garbage bags, rakes/brooms, paper products, gas cans, tarps and pet supplies.
