The American Indoor Football Association is awarding a new expansion franchise for Trenton, New Jersey. The franchise, to be known as the Trenton Steel, will begin play in 2011. The team draws its name from the region's rich manufacturing tradition. The logo is inspired by the famed Lower Free Bridge, known for the famous words "Trenton Makes, the World Takes."
